JOB OVERVIEW
As part of the Talent Acquisition team, the Recruiter will interview, select and endorse pre-sourced candidates to help ensure that timelines are met consistently in delivering top-notch talent to the clients for their various job requisitions.
JOB SCOPE
1) Understand, analyze or adjust, if necessary, the job requirements and objectives provided by clients for role vacancies
2) Determine and execute effective recruitment strategies to be able to source the most qualified candidates in the market
3) Conduct initial/final interviews to vet pre-screened candidates and shortlist them for client evaluation within an identified timeline
4) Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
5) Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to management
6) Act as a point of contact for clients AND candidate during the selection process
7) Other associated admin tasks related to applicant screening, interviewing and endorsement (i.e. database updates, appointment setting, email correspondences, etc)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- AT LEAST 5 years direct work experience with candidate sourcing & interviewing (behavioral & competency-based)
- Solid understanding of recruitment best practices & strategies
- Ability to understand and discern role requirements
- Familiarity with the local talent market & corresponding recruitment strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Availability to work partially within U.S. business hours (Eastern Standard Time)
- Impeccable time-management & organizational skills
PREFERENCES
- Prior experience using applicant tracking systems
- Previous experience supporting U.S. clients

Salary: Php40,000.00 - Php52,000.00 per month
