We are on a growth trajectory and are assembling a top-notch sports tech sales team across the globe. We are looking for a SUPERSTAR hunter to help grow our business in Central - East Europe!
As a Director of Business Development and Sales, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment and commercialization of new partners in entral-East Europe. You will be responsible for your own book of business and achieving overall revenue objectives. Extensive knowledge of the sports market (rights, distribution, production, business models, etc.) and a proven ability to grow the business will be a great advantage for your success. You will be working in a challenging, energetic, and rewarding work environment with opportunities for professional growth and promotion.
You should bring with you:
- A hunter mentality alongside the ability to work as part of a team
- A strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques
- Minimum 10 years experience in business development and sales with a proven track record of generating high volume annual revenue (personal target/quota)
- Vast commercial experience in Central – East Europe – Mandatory.
- Familiarity Understanding of the sports domain: sports production, sports rights, distribution, coaching solutions, sports technology, sports analytics, and data products - Big advantage.
- A robust and active network of clients and prospects in the sports market – Big advantage
