RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Interpret the client's communication needs (through gathering information and research) and develop concepts to suit their purpose.
- Present ideas and concepts while collaborating with the content and marketing team.
- Prepare work to be accomplished by gathering info and materials.
- Work with a wide range of media, including photography, GIFs, motion graphics & digital designs.
- Develop motion graphics, video & interactive designs (for usage on social media, company websites & digital banners).
- The ability to produce sketches/doodles would be an added bonus, it's not a must.
- Work as part of a team with copywriters, photographers, illustrators, designers, account executives, web developers, and marketing specialists.
- Keep abreast of trends, emerging technologies & software developments, particularly design programs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A minimum of 1-year industry experience in commercial motion graphic design will be preferred. Excited to see your brilliant work! Fresh grads are welcome to apply!
- Able to work with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects is a MUST – 3D animation is a bonus).
- To be aware and up-to-date with trends on social media, motion graphic design, film/entertainment, and a form of art which you are passionate about.
- Always thinking of innovative out-of-the-box solutions especially when contributing ideas & concepts.
- English is mandatory for daily work communications, and possessing Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin would be preferred.
- Candidates possess at least a professional certificate, diploma, or advanced / higher learning education such as Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent, not compulsory.
- Proactive in presenting or 'pitching' their ideas and designs to the team.
