Eram Talent is seeking a Contracts Assistant to join our team in the Oil & Energy industry. Responsibilities:
- Assisting the contracts team with the preparation of contracts, including reviewing and verifying the details of the contracts and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintaining accurate records and files of contracts in the company's database and ensuring they are up to date.
- Coordinating with different departments to ensure timely delivery of required documentation, such as performance bonds, insurance certificates, and other related documents.
- Following up with clients on any contract-related matters, such as renewals, amendments, and terminations.
- Collaborating with the contracts team in identifying opportunities to improve the firm's contract management processes.
- Providing general administrative assistance to the contracts team, such as scheduling meetings, answering phone calls, and organizing files.
- Assisting with other legal and compliance matters as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, Law, or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in contract management or a related field.
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to contracts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
