Brand Manager (m/f/d)

In this position you are part of the Marketing Team and are responsible for formulating in-market strategic direction for the specified brand(s), developing and coordinating the execution of brand strategies.
This is what your workday with us looks like:
You will…
• Develop the marketing strategy and supporting programs for the brand(s) portfolio based on overall market analysis, consumer trends and following company's guidelines.
- Provide all necessary input for the annual strategic planning process.
- Supervise development of all elements of the marketing mix including product, packaging development, development of promotions and communication (incl. agency briefings) / activation programs.
- Set KPIs for developed brand(s) programs, monitor constantly, and measure the efficiency and effectiveness of brand(s) related program implemented in the market.
- Ensure proper JTI process Management and compliance with internal JTI guidelines.
- Be responsible for planning and managing the given brand budget including proper budget documentation.
- Ensure effective cooperation and communication with all internal and external stakeholders.
Who you are and what you bring:
- University degree in business administration or similar equivalent or educational background with several years of business practice in FMCG/tobacco industry
- 5-7 years of experience in FMCG industry in Brand Management
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen, strategic thinker
- Entrepreneurial mindset, and out of box way of thinking
- Strong organization and project management skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexible and able to work under pressure
- Fluency in English, German is an advantage
- Solid user of MS Office (advanced PPT & Excel)
- SAP knowledge is desirable.

If the advertised requirements for this position are met, a total annual gross salary of at least € 70,000,- is provided (full-time based on 38 hours per week) and we consistently apply the Global Equality Standard. Depending on qualifications and previous experience, there is a willingness to overpay.
